True Healing Source grew from my own lifelong journey of discovering what it means to truly be myself—and recognizing the possibilities that begin to unfold when we learn to love, accept and trust who we are.
As a sensitive soul, I have always experienced life deeply. I noticed emotions, energy, relationships and subtle experiences in ways I didn’t always understand. Before I began my own conscious healing path, which is an ever unfolding lifelong journey, I often adapted to the people and circumstances around me. I became a people-pleaser, a helper and someone who was highly attuned to what others needed and expected.
I learned to fit in, keep the peace and sometimes place my own needs, desires and authentic expression aside.
In many ways, I learned to mask parts of myself without realizing I was doing it.
Yet underneath it all was an inner knowing that there was more to discover.
More of me. More possibility. More freedom. More love.
Coming Home to Myself
My healing journey has been an ongoing process of learning to listen inward, trust myself and discover what becomes possible when I choose self-love and authenticity.
I began asking different questions:
What do I truly want?
What brings me joy?
What feels authentic to me?
Who am I when I am no longer trying to be who others expect me to be?
Those questions opened the door to greater self-acceptance, personal freedom and a deeper relationship with myself.
I began to see my sensitivity differently—not as something I needed to overcome, but as part of the way I experience intuition, creativity, connection and the world around me.
My sensitivity became a doorway into greater awareness.
And the more I learned to love and accept myself, the more freedom I found to express who I truly am.
I am still on this journey. I don’t believe awakening is a destination where we finally have everything figured out. It is an unfolding. We continue discovering ourselves, expanding our awareness and becoming new expressions of who we are. We are a part of an expansive ongoing co-creation with the All and everyone.
Discovering the Creator Within
My spiritual journey eventually led me to explore the idea that we are not powerless observers of our lives.
We are creators.
My exploration of the Law of Attraction opened a new way of understanding desire, possibility and personal agency. I became fascinated by the relationship between our beliefs, attention, emotions, energy, choices and the experiences we create.
Over time, I became particularly interested in alignment and embodiment—connecting with the essence of what we desire and allowing the future version of ourselves to become more present in how we think, feel, choose and live today.
For me, the Creator is not separate from us.
I experience the Divine as Source, Spirit, Infinite Intelligence and creative energy flowing through all of us.
Connecting with this deeper source has become an important part of my continuing journey toward greater self-love, authenticity, trust and conscious creation.
More Than 20 Years Exploring Energy Healing
For more than 20 years, I have explored energy healing, dowsing and spiritual practices as pathways for greater awareness, self-connection and transformation.
My work continues to evolve as I do.
Today, I see energy healing as a companion to conscious personal growth. Diagnostic meridian tapping can provide a way to explore and release stagnant energetic patterns and beliefs that may no longer reflect who we are becoming, creating space for greater clarity and alignment with our present desires.
The intention isn’t to make you into someone different.
It is to create more space for who you truly are.
Your authentic self is who you choose to be. And, aligning with that Self and Being that version and living from that place is what is described as being your authentic self.
How I See Mentoring
I don’t believe anyone needs someone else to tell them who they should become.
I believe each soul has an inner wisdom worth discovering.
My role is to create a supportive space where you can explore what your vision is for your authentic self – discover what you genuinely desire, recognize beliefs and influences that may no longer align with you, and consciously choose the person you are becoming (authentic self).
Together, we can explore self-love, personal agency, passion, purpose, desire, alignment and embodiment, while using the principles of the Law of Attraction consciously and purposefully.
Your past can inform you without defining you.
You can choose what comes next.
A Special Connection With Sensitive Souls
Although my work is for all souls who feel called to explore this path, I have a special connection with sensitive souls because of my own experience.
My journey as a sensitive person—including becoming aware of my own masking and people-pleasing—has taught me how powerful it can be to finally honor the way we naturally and consciously choose to experience the world.
But the deeper invitation is universal:
Who are you beneath the expectations, conditioning and stories you’ve inherited?
What do you desire?
What are you passionate about?
What would you love to create?
Who are you choosing to be?
My Vision for True Healing Source
My vision is bigger than helping individuals heal.
I envision True Healing Source as part of a greater awakening of consciousness, love and prosperity.
I believe that when one person learns to love themselves more deeply, they have more love to share.
When someone discovers their gifts, they have more to contribute.
When someone becomes conscious of their creative power, they can make more intentional choices.
When someone allows themselves to prosper, they can expand what they are able to create and contribute.
And when we live more authentically, we give others permission to do the same.
Our individual awakening matters.
Every soul has something unique to experience, express and contribute.
That is the deeper intention behind True Healing Source:
To inspire and support souls in awakening to self-love, discovering their authentic desires, aligning with their passions and purpose, embodying who they are choosing to become, and consciously creating lives that reflect who they truly are.
And as we each become more conscious creators of our own lives, perhaps we also become conscious creators of a more loving, prosperous and awakened world.
