What if self-love isn’t something you have to earn?
What if prosperity isn’t reserved for someone who is more talented, more successful, more confident or somehow more deserving than you?
What if a deeper experience of self-love, self-worth and abundance begins with changing the way you see yourself?
I believe our relationship with ourselves influences the way we experience life, make choices, receive opportunities and move toward what we desire.
When we begin to recognize our inherent worth and reconnect with our authentic selves, we create a different foundation from which to live.
Why Self-Love Can Feel So Difficult
Many of us learn early in life to measure ourselves through the eyes of others.
We may learn that being loved means being helpful, successful, attractive, agreeable, productive or easy to please.
We may become accustomed to seeking approval, comparing ourselves to others, putting our needs aside or believing that we need to accomplish something before we are worthy of receiving more.
Over time, these experiences can become deeply held beliefs:
I’m not enough.
I’m not worthy.
I have to work harder to deserve good things.
Other people are more capable than I am.
It’s safer not to want too much.
But these are beliefs—not absolute truths.
And beliefs can be examined, questioned and consciously changed.
Self-Love Is a Foundation for Expansion
Self-love doesn’t mean believing that everything about your life is perfect.
It means developing a more loving relationship with yourself while allowing yourself to grow.
You can appreciate who you are today while remaining open to who you are becoming.
You can acknowledge your past without allowing it to determine your future.
And you can desire more without making what you have today evidence that you aren’t enough.
You are worthy before the goal is achieved.
You are worthy before the manifestation arrives.
You are worthy before anyone else validates you.
This shift can change the way you approach your desires.
Instead of creating from “I need this because I am not enough,” you can begin creating from:
“I already value myself, and I am open to experiencing more.”
Your Thoughts, Beliefs and Energy Matter
The Law of Attraction has become an important part of my own exploration because it invites us to become more conscious of what we are focusing on, believing and giving our attention to.
We can’t control every circumstance or prevent every unwanted thought.
But we can become more aware of the thoughts and beliefs we repeatedly nurture.
We can ask:
What am I believing about myself?
Does this belief support the life I desire?
What would I choose to believe instead?
How would I think, feel and act if I truly believed I was worthy of receiving what I desire?
This is where alignment and embodiment become important.
Rather than simply wishing for a different life, we begin practicing the thoughts, choices, emotions and behaviors that reflect the person we are choosing to become.
Energy Healing as a Companion to Self-Love
Energy healing is another tool I use to support this process.
For more than 20 years, I have explored energy healing, dowsing and spiritual practices as pathways for greater self-awareness, healing and alignment.
In my practice, diagnostic meridian tapping can be used as a complementary approach for exploring and releasing emotional and energetic patterns that may be influencing how you experience yourself and your life.
Rather than seeing yourself as broken or needing to be fixed, this work can become an opportunity to become more aware of what you are carrying and what you may be ready to release.
The intention is to create greater space for:
- Self-love
- Self-worth
- Self-acceptance
- Emotional awareness
- Personal empowerment
- Authentic expression
- Openness to possibility
- Greater alignment with your desires
Energy healing is not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental-health care. I view it as a complementary spiritual and personal-growth practice.
You Are Allowed to Want More
Prosperity isn’t only about money.
It can include an abundance of love, meaningful relationships, creativity, opportunity, joy, purpose, freedom, connection and resources.
What would prosperity look like for you?
What would you love to experience?
What dreams have you quietly put aside because you decided they were unrealistic, selfish or meant for someone else?
Perhaps it’s time to become curious again.
You don’t have to know exactly how everything will happen.
You can begin by becoming clear about what you desire and exploring what it would feel like to believe that it is possible.
Then you can take the next inspired step.
One thought.
One choice.
One action.
One shift in perspective at a time.
You Are Worthy of the Life You Desire
Your worth isn’t determined by your past.
It isn’t determined by your bank account, relationship status, accomplishments, appearance or the opinions of other people.
Your worth is inherent.
And from that foundation, you can begin exploring what you genuinely want your life to become.
Self-love allows you to stop creating from the belief that you need to become worthy.
Instead, you begin creating from the knowing that:
I am worthy now.
I am enough now.
I can grow without rejecting who I am.
I can desire more without making myself wrong for wanting it.
I can consciously participate in creating the life I would love to experience.
That is where self-love and conscious creation meet.
And perhaps your next chapter doesn’t begin with becoming someone else.
Perhaps it begins with finally allowing yourself to love, value and become more fully who you already are.
What would you love to experience if you truly believed you were worthy of receiving it?
That question may be the beginning of something beautiful.
Let’s explore what you’re ready to create.
“You Are the Change”
With love,
Yvette
